Do I pay online?
No. The cheese is weighed at the dairy before the exact amount is known, so payment is always made in the shop when you collect your order.

So what exactly is the order?
A reservation. You tell us which cheeses you want and when you are coming; we prepare them for that time.

Why does the price depend on the weight?
Every artisan piece weighs slightly differently. The price per kilo is a guide and the total is calculated when your cheese is weighed.

Can I order half a piece or a specific quantity?
Yes. You can ask for units, half a piece, a whole piece or an approximate quantity in the order itself.

What if I am late for my time slot?
Let us know on WhatsApp and we will adjust it. We keep your order ready within the day's opening hours.

Do you ship?
For now we only work with collection at the dairy.

How should I keep the cheese?
Cold, wrapped and away from strong-smelling food. Take it out a while before eating so it shows its flavour.

Yes, by letting us know in advance on WhatsApp or by phone.
